PedagAI may collect or access limited information necessary to operate its services, including:

• Basic Google account information needed for sign-in and account identification
• User-provided information submitted through PedagAI tools
• Technical information needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service
• Configuration information related to app setup and usage

If a PedagAI tool works with files or data stored in a user or organization Google Workspace environment, PedagAI only accesses the information needed to provide the requested functionality.

2. How Information Is Used

PedagAI uses information to:

• Authenticate users
• Provide access to app features
• Support setup and configuration
• Operate and maintain the service
• Respond to support requests
• Improve reliability and usability

PedagAI does not use Google Workspace data for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Handling

PedagAI aims to minimize the amount of data it stores directly. Depending on the product and configuration, some data may remain in a user or organization Google Workspace environment rather than being stored by PedagAI.

Where PedagAI stores or processes information directly, it does so only as needed to operate the service, provide support, and maintain security and reliability.

PedagAI does not sell personal information.

PedagAI may share information only:

• With service providers needed to operate the service
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the service

PedagAI takes reasonable steps to protect information and reduce unnecessary data exposure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Children and Schools

PedagAI tools are intended for educational use by schools and educators. Schools and educators are responsible for determining whether a given tool is appropriate for their environment and policies.
