PedagAI provides educational software and related services for lawful use by authorized users.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or school policies.

Access to certain PedagAI services may require a Google account or authorized organizational access.

Users are responsible for using the correct account and for maintaining the security of their own access credentials.

PedagAI is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. Features may change, and the service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

PedagAI, including its software, design, content, branding, and related materials, remains the property of PedagAI unless otherwise stated. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of PedagAI intellectual property.

PedagAI does not claim ownership of user-created content or organization-owned data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PedagAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
